Michigan
THE BEST PLACE TO PICK A PRESIDENT
Move Up Michigan!
Both major political parties choose the order in which states vote in the presidential nominating process. And right now, the Democratic National Committee is in the process of deciding which states will be among the first to vote for president in 2024. This decision will determine which state’s voters will have an early and impactful say in who our future presidential candidates are.
States early in the presidential primary calendar should be:
✓
Racially diverse and look like America
✓
Economically and geographically diverse, with large manufacturing and agricultural sectors
✓
Competitive in the general election
✓
Crucial to winning the White House
✓
A historic stronghold of organized labor
Michigan’s got it all. If you agree (and we know you do!), add your name TODAY to the growing list of people and organizations who know that there is no more deserving state than Michigan to be moved to an early date.
With the DNC’s initial recommendation coming by the end of June, it’s all hands on deck! Stay tuned for exciting updates here as support grows for Michigan to be moved up in the presidential nominating calendar.
MICHIGAN DIVERSE. COMPETITIVE. CRUCIAL TO 270.
